I asked him what kind of products or things his current customers appear to want or ask him for after pointing out how it’s frequently far easier to sell to existing customers than it is to obtain new ones. You might as well have your clients buy it from you since they’ll be buying related items and services anyhow! Even if you are unable to provide the product or service directly, you can easily reach out to people who can and negotiate a commission for referrals. Trying to acquire a new customer is sometimes more difficult and expensive than reselling to your present ones.
