It Was Heart-wrenching to see the way Chucky feel in. We were at an Appointment when we got home; we knew something was up when we noticed chuckies head was wet because that wasn’t normal for him. So I went to check the security camera footage; we had the chock of our lives. As I was watching it and I was freaking out, I just suddenly saw Jessie come, and I see she keeps following Chucky; she actually hates water; she does not like water at all. Chucky is splashing, and the waterfalls on her, and she steps back, but she still doesn’t stop. She still keeps on following him.
When we saw Jesse is looking out for him, it was such a proud moment to see. Chucky is 13 years old, so to see him, like doggy paddle so long ago. That was heart-wrenching for us.
Jessie tries to grip Chucky so gently, not wanting to hurt him. Jessie almost grabs hair and chukies ears and tries to pull him out. There were a few times when we were looking at it and we’re thinking, “OK, this is where she pulls him out”, and then he goes back in. There was another time. “OK this is the moment, and No”, he falls back in.
As we see Jessie Pulling Chucky out, it was such a special moment. I was just so proud. In total Chucky was in the water for over 34 minutes. My mind was blown, Cpmpleyly, ultimately, in awe of what she did. Chucky and Jessie are doing fine. It was such a freak accident that happened, and just so grateful for the cover that is coming. Jessie did get an award for the place we adopted her from. To see a rescue dog go from being a rescued dog to a rescuer is just an amazing thing.
I definitely think people underestimate dogs because of the unconditional love they have is genuine.. And it’s absolutely beautiful and stunning to see!
